Your radio, wherever you are

A radio you add here becomes one you can hear and operate from any browser — VFO, filters, memories, live audio both ways, and the waterfall. The shack PC runs a small gateway that talks CI-V or USB to the rig and keeps a connection to HamRig; nothing needs to be reachable from the internet.

Operate it

The control client with audio, spectrum, memories and PTT — desktop, tablet or phone.

Share it

Hand it to a club: members book airtime, one operator holds control, the rest may listen.

Build a station around it

Link rotators and antenna switches to it so the beam and the antenna follow the band.

Icom over CI-V, USB or network today. You can also add a radio by hand here and paste its gateway key — the gateway’s own Add… is simply the shorter road.

Easiest way: let the gateway do this for you.

Install the HamRig Gateway on the PC at your radio, log in and click Add… next to the radio selector — it finds the radio via CI-V, proposes all settings and creates it here, location included.
